Junior Chamber International is a world of opportunities. It is an opportunity to meet, learn and grow. The opportunities available within Jaycees are so numerous that it could take a lifetime to grasp them all. Most members select those which cater to their particular needs and make the most of them. Basically there are five areas of opportunities within the organization.
Management
JCI offers many opportunities for Management,
training and experience from which members can
learn and develop management skills and techniques.
Such opportunities include holding an office at local,
state, regional, national or international level of the
organization. Learning all such skills give the member
a whole new perspective expanding his/her personal
and carrier possibilities.
Training
Opportunities for personal development are
offered under the Individual Development area.
Seminars in Leadership skills, Personal dynamics,
Effective communication and Goal setting help
members to speak effectively, learn leadership
skills, improve communication abilities and
enhance their personal development.
Business
In this opportunity area members can exchange
business Ideas and do business with other interested
members, not only in their own LOM or country
but also with a network of almost 500,000 members
around the world. This area provides opportunities to
individuals to contribute the development of the economic
infrastructure and prosperity and well-being in all Nations
Community
The community area of opportunity gives the
member a chance to work with and for his/her
community. The opportunity to meet important
members of the community and the general
public is always there. The most valuable
opportunity of this is to make a concrete
contribution to one’s community
and follow human being.
International
